Christine spent 13 years working in community safety, specialising in anti-social behaviour.  Specifically:

  • Manager in local authority - responsible for both strategy and service delivery

  • Responsible for all aspects of community safety including anti-social behaviour, domestic abuse and partnership development 

  • Secondment to the Home Office on the Tackling Violent Crime Programme

  • Director of National Community Safety Network

Since starting her consultancy in 2010 Christine has been involved a wide range of projects including:

  • Working with partners in Lincolnshire to develop a county-wide protocol for the use of the new ASB tools and powers introduced as part of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014

  • Working with Leadership Team at Cambridgeshire Probation to prepare for the changes they would face following the election of the first Police and Crime Commissioner

  • Working with senior managers at Fylde District Council to adopt an Anti-Social Behaviour Policy and Procedures

  • Facilitating on behalf of East Cambridgeshire Community Safety Partnership the development of the Community Eyes and Ears scheme

  • Review of Community Safety in Worcester 

  • Implementation of Public Spaces Protection Orders in Worcester 

  • 20+ Domestic Homicide Reviews 

As well as consultancy work, Christine has developed a wide range of training courses (details on the website) 

Christine is also involved in various voluntary roles:
