Gary Goose - Associate
Gary’s policing career spanned 30 years, culminating in the role of Detective Chief Inspector and in 2006 he was awarded an MBE for services to policing.
Since leaving the police force Gary has worked for Cambridgeshire Police and Crime Commissioner developing a performance management framework by which the PCC was able to hold the police to account and he has spent a number of years at Peterborough City Council where his last role was Interim Assistant Director for its Community and Safety Services. This role included, amongst other things, responsibility for:

Developing and introducing a Selective Licensing Scheme for private landlords under the Housing Act

Development of a multi-agency community safety prevention and enforcement service

A number of service redesigns
Since the end of 2014 Gary has been engaged in a number of Domestic Homicide Reviews as both the Independent Chair and Overview Author.
Since January 2016 Gary has been collaborating with Christine Graham. They have delivered a number of Domestic Homicide Reviews working together as Independent Chair and Overview Author.
Gary also delivers training on behalf of Christine and works with her on consultancy contracts
