Using the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014

 

On 20th October 2014, the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 introduced a number of new tools and powers to tackle anti-social behaviour.

 

This day course will take you through the detail of:

• Civil injunction

• Criminal Behaviour Order

• Community Protection Notice

• Public Space Protection Order

• Closure Powers

• Dispersal Powers

 

The course will include the opportunity to use case studies and discussion to apply the learning to everyday problems
