Effective Anti-Social Behaviour Case Working

 

This one day course will develop the skills of those involved in managing anti-social behaviour cases.

 

The course will cover:

• Communication skills 

• Information sharing 

• What is anti-social behaviour?

• Identifying a high risk or vulnerable victim 

• The investigation 

• Managing expectations 

• Action planning 

• Closing cases

This course is also available as a half day module:

• What is anti-social behaviour?

• The effects of ASB including what makes some people more vulnerable to ASB?

• Action planning

• Assessing the report

• Managing expectations

• Identify the agencies to be involved

• Sharing information

• Understanding the problem

• Closing cases

This half day course partners well with Using the ASB, Crime and Policing Act 2014 to make a full day course
